Bookings & Payments

Bookings are subject to salon availability and the salon's own cancellation/refund policies. We facilitate payments but are not responsible for salon service delivery.

Booking and appointments

Users can book salon, beauty and spa services through the app. Booking confirmation depends on the salon’s availability. The app only facilitates the booking — service quality is the responsibility of the salon

Product Orders

Product prices, delivery timelines, and availability are shown inside the app. Orders will be delivered to the address you provide. FlyxoneBusiness is not responsible for wrong addresses.

Payments

Payments can be made using the app’s available payment methods. Prices may change anytime without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for:

Delays or cancellations by salons, Salon service quality, Technical issues or app downtime, Loss due to misuse of the app.
